The main responsibility of this role is to assist in the management of offshore casting contracts from order placement through to delivery of goods, documentation and final payment. All activities are aimed at meeting the contract requirements with respect to quality, timescales and budget, and building a good working relationship with the customer.
Daily responsibilities are: -
To coordinate and expedite project activities (such as creating project plans, placing subcontractor orders etc.) to ensure the successful completion of each contract on time.
To liaise with customers and their representatives on site, as well as internal and external subcontractors regarding any element of the contract.
To review and ensure all technical and quality specification and requirements are being met.
Projects included :
Valemon Statoil project, Heerema (about £ 3 million), Clair Ridge DP and QU Jackets BP project, Kvaerner Verdal (about £ 6 million)and Ekofisk 2/4 L ConocoPhillips project, S.M.O.E (about £ 2 million).
