„X Ensure that the Management System requirements are implemented and maintained.
„X Measuring and monitoring of Customer satisfaction.
„X Preparation of the Project Quality Plan and for ensuring the individual Quality Procedures
in line with ISO 9001:2000,Contract requirements and the separate corporate quality system.
„X Achieve and maintain ISO 9000:2000 approval of EPC Projects.
„X Assist in the evaluation of ongoing training needs to ensure that employees are aware enough
to meet the requirements of the continuous improvement program.
„X Assist the Project managers in the development of management systems requirements
on their projects

„X Evaluation of supplier¡¦s capabilities to meet the technical, quality and schedule requirements.
„X Review all material requisitions& inspection assignment packages prior to submittal for Aramco.
Expedite third party inspection schedule at supplier and sub-supplier sites.
„X Reviewing quality plan, initial review meeting and assess compliance audit
„X Achieved and maintained ISO 9000:2000 approval of EPC Projects.
„X Planned and conducted quality audits on Subcontractors & reviewed their Quality Systems.
„X Conduction of internal and external quality audits as Quality Lead Auditor
„X Conduction of toolbox talks to all welders on site to reduce the weld repair rate
„X Development and conduction of ISO 9000 awareness training.
„X Ensured effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive
action management processes
„X Ensured effective implementation and coordination of vendor assessment and quality
control inspection activities
„X Initiation of preventive actions and application of controls to ensure its effectiveness
