DUTIES.
1. Review and approve Engineering documentations for Safety discipline and to comply with company specification, international codes and regulations.
2. Undertake Engineering assessment and ensure full and efficient coordination with field operations during design, construction and commissioning to comply with safety standards.
3. Identify and recommend ALARP mitigation measures and propose acceptable technical solutions
4. Acts as a Focal point on site for all incident investigations and actions.
5. Take care of all security matters that concern the company and workers on site and as may be required by company policy.
6. Understand and implement company HSES policy and HSES management System.
7. Monitor and ensure safe area, equipment and work activities at site, through inspections, permit to work follow up and audits.
8. Conduct tool box talk and HSES training for employees and Subcontractors.
9. Analyze risks and identify environmental aspects and impacts and prioritize corrective and preventive actions and advise site management accordingly.
