Oil Terminals/Jetty Operations

 Product receipt operations from marine tankers, barges and tanker trucks.
 Product storage, stock accounting, reports preparation on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
 Execution of tank dipping, sampling, water draining, tank transfers and tank cleaning.
 Product value addition / blending as per customer requirements.
 Product loading/delivery into marine tankers, barges and tanker trucks.
 Marine tanker handling :
 Berthing
 Collecting & recording of all the relevant timings in the tanker log.
 Performing ship's tank inspection, ullaging, sampling & calculation.
 Connecting the loading arm or hoses.
 Checking and completing of the Ship/shore safety checklist.
 Discharge performance monitoring by collecting/checking & recording the hourly discharge rate, pressure, product quantity & sample density.
 Maintaining effective communication between the ship, shore & Port control rooms throughout the operation.
 Pigging operations.
 To batch or separate dissimilar products,
 For displacement purposes and
 For internal inspection.
 Ensure oil products are in line with specifications, apply terminals product handling/transfer procedures and apply product control/measurement.
 Ensure customers always receive the right product and quality in a safe manner.

 Execution of fire fighting, emergency response and oil spill management.
 Ensure permit to work systems, safe work practices and standards of housekeeping
 Ensure that all the activities are performed safely as per terminals safe operating procedures and EHS policies.
 Advise any variation, non-conformity in QMS/EMS programs to the concerned to close all gaps.
 Inspection and maintenance of all equipments, utilities, measurements & monitoring devices, etc.
 Management of on-site contractors
