Achievements:
1.Worked as a Discipline Leader for 510 KTPA Propane Dehydrogenation plant
located in Sibur, Russia – JSC Sibur Holding.

Major Responsibilities:
•Co-ordination with team members for the productive outcome of Vendor
documentation.
•Review and Approval of Vendor fabrication drawings and calculations.
•Correspondence with the Vendors for the various technical queries
•Inter-discipline Co-ordination.
•Man-hour planning and preparation of job status for the weekly review meeting.

2.Worked as a Discipline Leader in Italy for 350 KTPY LDPE Plant located at
Stenungsund, Sweden.

Work Profile: Mechanical Design Engineer – Static Equipments, from April

1.Preparation of mechanical strength calculation as per ASME, TEMA, API
standards.
2.Preparation of Mechanical Datasheet of various equipments such as Columns,
Reactors, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and Tanks.
3.Review and Approval of Vendor fabrication drawings and calculations.
4.Review and Evaluation of the Technical offer received from Vendor.
5.Cost Estimation of various Static Equipments.
6.Assigning and guiding the draftsmen for the preparation of Mechanical
Datasheet.
