QA / QC Global Vendor Inspection Supervisor

Duties included QA/QC Global and Local Vendor Inspection coordination, monitoring and reviewing of Third Party Inspection Reports, preparation of Vendor documentations, attending Kick Off Meeting & Pre Production Meeting, reviewing and approving of Vendor’s Quality Documents ( Quality Control Plan, Inspection Test Plan, Procedures, Manufacturing Record Book (final Documentation)), preparing weekly and monthly QA/QC Vendor Progress Status Reports and issue to Manager QA/QC, investigating and reporting on major quality non-compliance issues (NCRs) to Manager QA/QC.
Performing Quality Audit concerning Preservation Activities, Quality Audit concerning Pre-Commissioning - Subcontractors - Commissioning activities.
Coordination and Supervision of the Vendor Inspection Coordinators, reviewing weekly report from the Coordinators and preparing a Weekly report to show to Manager QA/QC and to the final Client.

Quality Certification Advisor / Auditor

Provision / implementation of Quality Assurance / Quality Control systems and consultancy / guidance to various Companies regarding ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification and ISO 14001:2000 Certification.

Safety Process Advisor/ Risk Analyser

Provision / implementation of HSE systems consultancy and guidance to various Companies in Power Generation Industry (GAMESA, Iberdrola) during the formulation and production of safety procedural documentation in accordance with national laws, normatives, rules and regulations.

QA / QC / HSE Project Supervision / Coordination

Power Genartion Projects “Piano di Corda, Italy” and “Serra Pelata, Italy” for GAMESA Industriales.

Duties included project construction supervision / coordination, QA/QC supervision, HSE / supervision, incl. HSE audits & training, preparation of project documentation / final data package documentation, with hand-over to client, pre-commissioning / generator running tests supervision (low-speed, high-speed, over-speed, vibration, noise-level tests).
