• 2 Years of Experience in OSI-PI Data Historian.
• Sound knowledge in OSI-PI Data Historian and it’s client tools.
• Good understanding of DACA & OPC architectures on which OSI PI is built as data historian.
• Expertise in Interface configuration. Planned for upgrades for the existing system.
• Expertise in different types of interfaces such as DA,AE, PI-PI,RDBMS and PI-UFL interfaces.
• Expertise in PI-ACE, AF & PI-Webparts.
• Expertise in PI-Securities both for older and new version in PI-Server 2010.
• Sound knowledge in different types of Architectures of PI-System.
• Have sound knowledge on High Availability implantation.
• Testing to upgrade the whole PI-System to WIS Version.
• Trained on MOSS-2007 which is the base platform for PI-Webparts.
• Good Exposure to all types of controllers to DCS/SCADA and PLC systems from all major vendors like Yokogawa, Honeywell etc.
• Good knowledge of OPC data communication COM and DCOM.
• Familiar with RT technologies LIMS, PU & EC integration and in connection with OSI PI.
• Trained new joiners on OSI-PI.
• Experience in various phases of Development & Support project lifecycle.
• Familiarity and daily usage of ITIL processes (Interaction, Incident, Problem, Change & Knowledge management) & Tools.
• Good Team Lead qualities.
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, management skills and a good Team Player.
• Quick learner, enjoy learning new skills, hardworking, reliable and flexible.
• Work well independently and as a team player having ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Data Recovery & Archive refilling.
