Joined MEELSA in 1993 as a sand blaster operator on Hire basis
Joined MEELSA in 1994 as permanent employee as Sand Blaster Operator.
Gained promotion in the Incoming Inspection Department as an Inspector
Passed NDT Exam & become NDT Inspector.
Promoted as team leader for Inspection Dept.
Promoted as Q.C. & Engg Asst.
Current position as work leader Inspection & HGP Team

Responsibilities:-
Lead man, Incoming Inspector, Eng. Asst & QC for all hot gas path components of Gas Turbines for MS3002 /MS5001/ MS5002/ MS6001/ MS7001/ MS9001.
Having experience in dismantling of nozzles 1st, 2nd & 3rd stages. Dimensional & Drop check for all Buckets, Nozzle, Transition Pieces, Combustion Liners, Shroud, Bull Horns, X' Fire Tubes. Performing visual inspection, NDT, Crack Mapping for Nozzle Segments if require to the customer with total Inches of Cracks, Taking Digital Photo to Highlight all types of defects.
Giving any time response to Shop Manager, Cell Leader, Work Leader, Method Engineers, and Production planners & to the Customers while joint inspections.
Verify & to provide proper part & serial numbers to the method engineers to prepare Inspection Plan & ordering parts.
Identifying proper defects such as wear, tear, rubs, Cracks, erosion, corrosion dent, bents & other dimensional failures.
Submitting Reports (Visual, Dimensional, and NDT & Photos) with repair category to Method Engineers.
Performed inspection of various HGP Components various customers Like Saudi Aramco, Saudi Electric Company & all KSA customers, Africa, GCC Countries, Middle East & Europe, & other countries.
Attending Weekly Safety Meeting with management & various other safety daily talks before work start
Other Responsibilities:
Leading 59 Members (Welder & Other Technician for repair & Inspection Cell)
Buckets Movement Weight & Charting.
Area Check (Harmonic Analyses) of Nozzle using online Program.
Rotor stacking (Rotor Wheels) for Assembly using online Software. (Occasionally)
Digital photography, editing, Creating of new forms & Good knowledge of computer (Self Learned) in Windows, MS Office
Member of EHS Team (Environment Health & Safety) & Ergonomics
Trained Saudis, Non- Saudis & co-ops from Universities
Maintaining quality of work & Managing Cost reducing methods.
