PRE-COMMISSIONING & COMMISSIONING OF

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, normal operation & shutdown activities pertaining to the units.
• Preparing start up procedure, blind list, dry out procedure etc.
• Checking and checklist preparation with P&ID
• Monitor the safe conduct of the work and ensuring the work permit safety conditions are being met.

• Co-ordinate the pre-commissioning & commissioning activities such as process piping installation as per P&ID, flushing, cardboard blasting, leak test, chemical cleaning, steam blowing, dry out, catalyst loading, Vacuum pulling etc...
• Carry out commissioning and sign off checklist and method statements records to confirm the activities have been satisfactorily completed.
