I have done diploma in Chemical Engineering, at present working in M/S BHARAT OMAN REFINERIES LIMITED IN BINA MP.INDIA, having exposure in industrial erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance of REFINERIES,HYDROCRACKING UNIT.

• Overall co-ordination towards Erection and Piping of HCU& DHT Unit & equipments with construction, mechanical, process, inspection & instruments depts.

• Inspecting of columns, vessels, exchangers, heaters, reactor & regenerators with supplier’s drawings & ISO’s, finding the deviations and taking corrective actions against it.

• Following equipment suppliers for balance materials & drawings. Co-ordination with licenser during their visit.

• Making necessary modifications in piping & demanding additional requirements for the betterment of the process.

• Reviewing PFD & P&ID according to the modification & expansion.

• Did complete check listing of the HCU unit piping along with the Licensor Chevron Lummus Global and dilution of the same.

• Commissioned HP pumps (vendor KSB) single handed.

• Preparation of Operating Manuals, SOP, Formats, and flushing loop procedures for
Precommissioning & commissioning activities.

I have done diploma in Chemical Engineering, at present working in M/S BHARAT OMAN REFINERIES LIMITED IN BINA MP.INDIA, having exposure in industrial erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance of REFINERIES,HYDROCRACKING UNIT. having an industrial exposure of 4 year Ammonia Plant M/S Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd., AP INDIA in the fields of ,SULPHUR REMOVAL, NAPTHA BASED HYDRO CARBON PROCESS , REFORMING, TANK FARM OPERATION , SYN GASPREPARATION, ACID GAS PURIFICATION, PURGE GAS SEPARATION and in all type of COMPRESSORS.
