• Currently designated as Shift Incharge (Sr. MANAGER) AT 5100 TPD (03 plants,1700TPD each) OXYGEN PLANTS and utility with INOX AIR PRODUCTS LTD. HAZIRA, SURAT.
• Active participation in COMMISSIONING OF 356 TPD SSAB & 1700 TPD KOBE OXYGEN PLANT at Essar, 1700 TPD AIR PRODUCT PLANT.
• Operates all the plant from DCS from central control room.
Total five plants :

• 1700 TPD two old ASU plant from KOBE STEEL.
• 1700 TPD ASU from AIR PRODUCTS PLANT, UK.
• 356 TPD old ASU purchased from SWEDEN.
• 350 TPD ASU from china .
• 20 M3/hr HYDROEGEN PLANT( water electrolysis system)

• Got first prize in safety competition held in whole Essar steel complex in 2008.

• I had given two successive suggestion to company for modification in plant design
• Utilize plant 2 excess crude argon in plant 1 system and get pure argon production.
 By this modification we produced pure Argon whose market price was Rs. 350 lacs.per year.
 For this suggestion company gave me a SPECIAL AWARD A TROPHY WITH CERTIFICATE AND CASH.
• To bypass chiller by maximum utilizing of Gas Waste Nitrogen in plant 2.
• For this suggestion company gave me a SPECIAL AWARD A CERTIFICATE AND CASH.
