Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Event and within the limits of Resort policies and procedures, oversee and direct all aspects of the coordination and successful execution of all residential groups, conferences, banquets. To execute all hotel events from GCC market with a seamless turnover, from Business Development Managers to Service Managers, and through to post event follow up. To ensure that all customers are given consistent high level of service throughout each event. responsible for the total event service process. Coordinates with the Sales Centre, Business Development Managers, relevant Hotel Departments and the customers.
