Having over all experience of 12.5 years (7 yrs. in Refinery) in the field of Operation, Process engineering, Commissioning, Pre- commissioning, startup, shut down & Troubleshooting of Refinery/fertilizers plant.
Project, Production and job planning in Process Industry includes Commissioning, start-up and shut down of fertilizer and Refinery unit.
Leading the Team for Process improvement in daily activities and having experience of continuous monitoring for Catalyst for safe and smooth operation.
Reviewing Optimization, modification & Expansion of process within Budget
Root cause analysis, development of project planning with contractor, Vendor and Licensors.
Exposure to concept of ISO-9002, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Good communication, Management skill, Ability of Decision making and Coordination with other Units and department
Key experience: Leading a team for Pre-commissioning, commissioning and now for Operation of Alkylation units, Di-Olefin Saturation unit, Isomerisation unit and Spent Acid regeneration unit.
Having experience on DCS and Alarm management.
Optimization of the process capabilities to achieve desired and targeted results in relation to production, cost and quality as per benchmarked parameters.
Good academic record throughout and fast learning capabilities.
High energy level and willingness to achieve challenging targets.
Ability to interact with people, work independently and deliver within timeframe.
Experience for managing commissioning activities and the production activities of newly commissioned plants.
