• Relocated staff from West London to Sussex with a high level of retention.

• Harmonised all 513 UK employment contracts though employee representative elections and consultation meetings.

• Converged processes for the Data Processing line across the Eastern Hemisphere.

• Elected Chairman of the Geophysics industry body www.iagc.org HR committee for 3rd time.

• Introduced new graduate recruitment process. The increased numbers significantly addressed the demographic profile.

• Improved links with corporate HQ in Houston.

• Set up employment structures in new territories. This was critical in the ability of the company to run operations when establishing in Kazakhstan.

• TUPE’d two mid-sized acquisitions.
