A leading oil and gas exploration company acquiring, processing and modelling seismic data to enhance drilling success. 4000 staff, $2bn revenue

• Introduced new graduate recruitment process. The increased numbers significantly addressed the demographic profile.

• Improved links with corporate HQ in Houston.

• Set up employment structures in new territories. This was critical in the ability of the company to run operations when establishing in Kazakhstan.

• TUPE’d two mid-sized acquisitions.
