L&T Chiyoda offers international grade engineering and project management services with integrated engineering concepts. The major industries being served includes Petroleum refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Fertilizers, Oil & Gas and LNG & LPG.

Presently working as an Area Engineer (Layout, 3D Model Coordination, Coordination with Stress & Material Group) for Paradip Refinery Project of Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL). Basic Process of the Project is Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) based on INDMAX Technology. FCC Process consists of Feed Preheat System, Reactor - Regenerator Section, Flue Gas System & Catalyst Storage.
M/s. Toyo Engineering Corporation, Japan is working as PMC for this project.
M/s. ABB-LUMMUS, Netherland is the Licensor for this project.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Layout Study & Finalization
•Finalization of Pipe Routing (Big Bore+Small Bore)
•Checking & Issue of Isometrics (P&ID Check, Line Routing, Support Check,Special requirement check etc.)
•Preparation & Checking of Civil Loading Data (Structure & Pipe Rack),Foundation Load Data
•Preparation & Checking of Nozzle Orientation
•Preparation of TQs/Comments on the Vendor Documents (Equipment Drawing, Spring Support Drawing, Special Valve Drawing etc.)
•Preparation of Comments on Civil Structural Drawing, P&IDs, Equipment Engineering Drawings etc.
•Selection of Pipe Supports, Special Support & Spring Hangers.
•Preparation of P&ID MTO & Requisitions
•Continuous use of Material Specifications for finalizing Line Routing & Layout
•Hands on Experience of PDS Software for 3D Modelling
•Interface/co-ordination with Stress Group for Critical Lines/Crictical Sress Systems, other Functional Disciplines
