•RT inspection training course (level Π) according to ASNT specification.
•UT inspection training course (level Π) according to ASNT specification.
•MT inspection training course (level Π) according to ASNT specification.
•PT inspection training course (level Π) according to ASNT specification.

Job responsibilities
•Review all applicable documents.
•Verify that welding procedures & welders qualifications cover all job requirements, ensure that every welder do the job to which he is qualified only.
•Prepare appropriate inspection test plan (ITP) & ensure that it is done effectively
Check and inspect the quality of the base materials and welding filler materials according to material test report (MTR) to meet job specifications.
•Verification of welding machine and electrode baking and storage to ensure all equipment meets job requirement specifications.
•Participate in the test package preparation for piping work and supervise on hydrostatic, pneumatic & leak test for tanks, pressure vessels and piping.
•Prepare and maintain required Inspection reports.
Duties & Skills
•Dimension check for fabricated structures according to drawing & client specification and construction code.
•Preparing PQRs, WPSs for most constructions.
•Controlling and treating distortion due to welding.
•perform non-destructive tests [ ultrasonic test (UT) , dye penetrant test (PT) , magnetic particle test (MT )] & interpret and evaluate all indications according to construction code.
•Interpretation of (RT) films and evaluation of defects and determining the technique of radiography.
