Ali has around 10 years of experience in gulf countries including over 7 years in ERP systems technologies like Oracle & SAP, with exposure to relevant functional areas of Human Resources, recruitment, payroll, training, employee services, accounts and financial control. His overseas experience includes the Oracle systems implementation for the grass root Sohar Refinery, valuable contribution in timely GO-LIVE of Oracle HRMS, Oracle Financials, and Maximo CMMS etc. He continued his roles in SDLC, including benchmarking, KPI reporting, quality, accuracy & data reliability and development of additional systems as per business requirements.
