Supervision all Civil work (Excavation, Foundation, Pile, Formworks, and Concrete for Basins …).
Supervision of footing foundation (Precast and in situ ) for steel structure)
Supervision of the installation of Duct Bank (instrumentation and electrical) and
Supervision the installation of RTR pipes and concrete pipe .
Coordination with Forman and site engineer.
Preparing Permit and RFI for all civil works.
Preparing Daily and weekly report to Construction Manager.
Control Quality of work for all Projects.
Ensuring safety of men & material at project sites.
Ensuring indented materials reach the site on time.
From January 2008 to July 2010: Construction Manager at AL SAGYR CONTRACTING AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SAUDI ARABIA
PROJECT :Construction of the University of Science in Jizan
PROJECT :Construction of the Technical College in Haeel .
Coordinates all activities with the management and attends the weekly meeting with the project director.
Over all supervision of project with related to Planning, Programmed and construction of the project.
Co-ordination with site manpower’s ( site engineer, foreman , consultant, client and our higher management.
Preparing monthly , weekly and daily report ( Activity and Productivity)
Organizing and operating construction activity and progress of the work.
Supervise subcontractor (coordination with site manager)
billing for client and subcontractor.
Used approved materials and control the construction activity to stop the ill –practices at site and achieve the better quality.
Co-ordination with architects, structural consultants & other appointed consultants for drawings & necessary details required for the projects, revisions and joint visits for the critical problems & discussions on site .
Monitoring the progress of projects as per schedule.
Control Quality of work for all Projects.

Ensuring indented materials reach the site on time.
Complies with higher management reporting and communication management plans
