Field activities:
1-Beam pumping system:
a-Surface unit:
•Complete rig up and rig down for surface unit
•Preventive maintenance for surface unit
•Daily visual check up for beam pumping unit operations
•Beam pumping system optimization
b-Sucker rod string:
•Sucker rod string design (regular and tapered).
•Sucker rod handling.
c-Downhole pump:
•Collection and installation for down hole pump parts.
•Testing the downhole pump before run in hole.
•Troubleshooting all surface and down hole pump problems.
•Supervision of puling unit activities to perform:
-Round trip to change downhole pump.
-Fishing and/or screw-in for sucker rod string.
-Run in hole with anchor downhole pump.
d-Dynamometer:
•Analysis for dynamometer cards.
•Measuring the dynamic/static fluid level by sonic device.
2-Follow up Electrical submersible pump (ESP) installation and operations.
3-Process Plant.
•Follow up crude oil process plant, which consists of (Three-phase separator, Heater treater, Desaltr, Gas scrubber, Water seal and storage tanks).
•Witness of all preventive maintenance for all plant components (vessels, tanks, pumps and all valves.
•Follow all gas and oil calculations.
•Preparation of all daily, monthly, yearly reports.
•All work permit systems (Hot and cold)
4-well test :
Follow up analyzed the data coming from test separator package to determine the well parameter flow rate (oil, water, and gases), pressure, and temp.
5-Water Injection System (The W.I. Plant, Source Wells & Injector Wells):
•Follow up water injection plant.
•Prepare water injection reports.
•Follow up water injection performance through PLT, fall off tests & infectivity tests.
•Conducted stimulation treatments for water injection wells.
•Measure water flow rate (for source/injector wells) by using ultra sonic flowmeter.
6-Have some knowledge about softwares: Eclipse, Petrel & Ecrin.
7-wire line jobs:
Open and close perforation, lowering with memory gauge, isolate some perforation by FWG plug, performed tubing test by fb-2 plug.
