Responsibilities: Developing the man power plan for the program • Planning and Leading the recruitment campaign of the program, in accordance with the Secretary of Human Resources • Analyzing the training needs of the program members and planning the required trainings • Evaluating the performance of the members using evaluation techniques • Exploring the talents in the program, and planning how to develop them • Setting the system of rewarding in the program • Resolving conflicts between members, and escalate it to the Secretary of Human Resources if needed.
