EXTERRAN (2007 – To date)

Senior Project Manager – UAE (2010 – To date)
• Managed a US$125 Million project which included Engineering, Fabrication, Subcontracts, Site Supervision, Commissioning for Gas processing facility in Kazakhstan
• Managed Engineering group out of India, Compression group out of the US, Process Equipment fabrication groups out of the UK and UAE and site supervision at Kazakhstan
• Managed a project organization consisting of Engineering, Project controls, HSE, Document control, Certification, Procurement, Quality etc
• Conducted regular project meetings and directed the team to ensure proper project planning, execution, monitoring and control

Project Manager – UAE (2007 – 2010)
• Managed the UAE portion of the procurement, manufacturing and assembly for all kinds of projects such as Dew point plant, LPG plant, Refrigeration plant, FPSO etc


MATRIX SERVICE (2003 – 2007)

Outside Fabrication Manager – USA (2004 – 2007)
• Managed the department for fabricating Shop-built Tanks, Pressure vessels, Stacks, Towers, Structural components, Ductwork, Scrubbers, Absorbers etc. with 5 direct reports and 20-25 indirect reports
• Responsible for managing Estimators, Project Management and Business Development
• Responsible for planning, contract review and negotiations with customer
• Doubled the department revenue in 2 years
• Responsible for over 100 projects worth over $20 Million
• Responsible for the P&L of the department
• Worked with different departments to establish procedures to streamline project execution
• Worked closely with upper management in strategic planning to meet company goals
• Reduced project costs and increased profits by working closely with buyers, vendors and other departments directly involved in the projects.

• Managed over 9 projects worth over $1 Million.

DELTAK L.L.C. (1999 – 2002)

Subcontract Fabrication Manager – CHINA (1999-2002)
• Managed the fabrication of company products for over 15 projects worth over US$30 Million, in three manufacturing facilities with 2-3 direct reports


VOGT-NEM, INC. (1994 – 1999)

Manufacturing Engineer & Field/Subcontracting Manager – USA, INDIA & THAILAND (1994-1999):
• Managed single-handedly, the assembly of the company equipment over US$40 million in India and in Thailand
