Job Description:
• Engineering solutions & consultancy for Oil and Gas/ Energy companies worldwide ( Egypt/ middle east/ Africa )
• Leading condition monitoring, reliability and service team of the company
• Inspection of Rotating Equipment (onshore/offshore)
• Provide maintenance planning & reliability programs & predictive maintenance.
• Commissioning of mechanical equipment
• Conduct all vibration measurement and analysis for all mechanical equipment (Turbines -pumps- compressors- blowers-etc.)
• Deal with different types of vibration devices and software ( DLI – CSI – SKF – ENTEC IRD)
• Perform machinery vibration analysis and determine mechanical,
electrical and operating problems providing corrective actions
• Provide service for High Speed machines & Turbines ( Solar – Siemens –
GE – Ruston – Alstom )
• Provide service for Pumps / Compressors
• Provide Root Cause Analysis
• Excellent knowledge of CMMS ( SAP – ORACLE)
• Rotor-Dynamic Analysis
• Provide training programs for condition monitoring (vibration analysis –
fault diagnosis- using vibration devices –software-)
• Provide fault diagnosis and issuing technical reports
• Reengineering and mechanical design
• Provide pipeline vibration analysis surveys
• Knowledge of ISO & API standards
• Excellent Knowledge of HSE regulations
• Provide and handle preventive maintenance activities
• Conduct alignment and balancing for different types of machines
• Conduct special vibration measurements: Operating deflection shape
(ODS), Natural frequency , frequency response function, phase, orbit, run cause
up/down , critical speeds
• Provide vibration training and courses according to the American
vibration institute
• perform thermograph analysis
• perform oil analysis
• Spare parts logistics handling
