I perform in-service Inspection of Structural Modules, Pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, Tanks, Gas cylinders, crude oil flow lines, risers, columns, boilers, Lifting equipments, and Process Pipelines/Flow lines.
I execute Corrosion monitoring & RBI assessment for the integrity and maintenance of Process piping & Utility piping in accordance with appropriate codes and standards.
I perform visual survey assessment of Leaks, Shell distortions, presence of Blisters, Cracks and other forms of deterioration in Gasket , Nozzles, Manhole, Head shell conditions, Signs of settlements corrosion, conditions of the foundations, Paint coatings, Insulation systems, and Appurtenances are checked and findings are carefully recorded by carrying out visual, hydro test, & other applicable NDT methods (UT, RT, MT, PT, Eddy current & ECT), and certifying them as per required project specifications & final Vessels Certification & documentation in accordance with requirements of API Standards
I conduct RLA (Remaining Life Assessment) study on the critical assets and reports to the site management.
I write/review inspection reports, plans, repair recommendations and other inspection documents
I execute inspection and repair of equipments at height using Rope Access skills
Implement all the applicable procedures which is applicable to client including HSE.
I conduct inspection during construction of Pressure Vessels, Boilers. Heat exchangers, LP cylinders, Receivers, Launchers, Chemical Injection Skids & Tanks. Monitoring of Hook up & commissioning activities.
I can Interpret and efficiently make use of Programming and Instrumentation Diagrams
Vast knowledge of stand-by rescue for confined space operations.
I am also well experienced in using any permit to work system and corresponding Job Hazard assessment for any type of task.
