Well versant with Electrical installations including material, method, specifications and Hazardous location identification for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries.

Inspection of the shutdown and existing job as per the project schedule including field installation and Pre-Commissioning Inspection of the field instruments installation like, All types of Transmitters, Control Valves, H2S/LEL Gas Monitor, Vibration Probe, RTDS etc. Involved in supporting instrument conduits, instrument impulse tubing, instrument capillary tubing and junction boxes supporting. Physical verification of the DCS and ESD system and Marshalling Cabinet, Testing and commissioning of the Control system motor operated valves, level, flow, pressure and temperature instruments. Responsible for trouble shooting of the control valves, air operated valves, motor operated valves, smart transmitters including marshalling and system cabinets. Involved in the preparation of inspection and testing reports, loop folders, calibration certificates and other attachment for required inspection acceptance and mechanical completion reports QCP-ITP and loop folder requirement.
Responsibility for the inspection of cable tray, trench and duct banks
