• Assist the customers and ensure that the good service is given.
• Attend to all the incoming calls and direct the same to the
concerned staff members without delay as far as possible. If the concerned telephone extension is busy, the caller is advised either to wait the line or call back.
• Directs inquires to concerned person or departments like Service Manager, Service Advisor, Appointment Staff, Cashier and the like.
• Provides data related to administrative assistance.
• Responsible for customer booking/appointment in the earliest available slot for car maintenance.
• Encodes all data, forms and other related documents.
• Doing inbound and outbound calls.
• Assists the job controller in job allocation making sure that all appointment customers and all waiting customers are properly distributed.
• Inform the advisors on the cancel and reschedule appointments.
