mechanical technician-marine engineer

I am seeking a challenging career in organization which can make the best use of my skills, experience and education in Marine Engineering as a Field Mechanical Engineer, troubleshooter and repair lead.

Last two years I have been employee of shipyard LAGUNA TRADE d.o.o. for the period from 2009 untill sept.2011. I worked as a supervisor in charge of 35 men team
specialized for servicing and repairing engines,gensets, propulsion, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems and electrical systems. Job includes troubleshooting/Fault finding, repairing, controlling and maintenance.
ON-SHORE EMPLOYMENT:
Start working onshore in Ship repair Yard REMONT dd Sibenik for period from 2001 to 2008. I was operator/supervisor in engine repair workshop up to the max. engine power of 3000kw.
As an operator/supervisor I was closely superviseing service,repair and maintenance of the engines, heavy duty machinery, generators, pumps, reductors, gearbox, etc.
Also I was involved in repairs such as:
Crankshaft grinding, cylinder boring and honing, engine head repairs,shaft machining and alighment etc.Also as a SUBCONTRACTOR I was hired for demage assessment by following companies Brodospas doo, Cummins Adriatic, MTU-Propulzija doo,Volvo-NavaBoats, MAN Croatia-Zagreb, Caterpillar-Teknoxgroup, Perkins-Motomariner-Rijeka,etc.
OFFSHORE/SEA-GOING:
Start sailing as a Marine Engineer onboard vessels of SLOBODNA PLOVIDBA dd,Šibenik. Vessels were mostly dry-cargo and there I progress to the position of 3rd Engineer and later on to the position of 2nd engineer. I was employed there for the period from 1996 to1998.
After SLOBODNA PLOVIDBA dd Sibenik sees to exist I transfered to JADROPLOV dd, Split and worked there as a 2nd Engineer for period of three years from 1998 to 2001.
SUMMARY /SKILLS;
I am a highly skilled mechanichal engineer, experienced in caribration, fault finding/troubleshooting, servicing, repairing and maintenance of engines, propulsions ,hydraulics,high/low pressure pumps,compressors,ships boilers, generator sets and pneumatic/control systems.
Also I have substantial experience in operation of lathe machines, boring/milling machines and statinary oversized grinding machines and measuring instruments.
Over the 16 years of experience in the business I have worked numerous times on: CATERPILLAR, CUMMINS, FIAT, MTU, MAN, SULZER, MAN B&W, DETROIT DIESEL,YANMAR,VOLVO Engines which serves as Main propulsion ,industrial engines and on ONAN, CAT, KOHLER, WESTERBEKE,PERKINS Generator sets.
