„H Experience in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and commissioning of projects.
„H Thorough experience in evaluating the EPC contractors Technical Bids for Gas Gathering systems and product pipelines, answering of EPC Contractors bid queries, submission of bid evaluation queries, bid clarification during bid clarification meetings, assessing the technical submittals and preparation of final bid evaluation report with recommendations.
„H Thorough experience in engineering design phase, DCA, CTN, CR, change management process, construction phase, procurement, material suitability/requisition and construction of pipeline and related facilities, establish pipeline route alignment and to co-ordinate with local authorities for the approval of tender documents and technical specifications.
„H Fully aware of FIDIC, POMI and CESMM3 systems. Negotiations with Department/Contractor/subcontractor/Suppliers.
„H Review/Advice/Approve Submissions.
„H Provide onsite piping engineering consultation during construction stage.
„H Direct and supervise a team of engineers of various disciplines to ensure that the applications of correct standards are in place for the engineering phase and construction phase.
„H Fully conversant to ensure that the project is constructed and executed to adhere to design objectives.
„H Responsible for the company HSE /QA/QC policy, procedures and regulations
