Oil and Gas field development projects Upstream/downstream Oil and Gas treatment process (wellhead, oil gathering, multiphase Pump station, degassification sation, Fuel Gas dehydration, Ethylene Cracker complex, Refinery Petrochemicals) and Specialty Chemicals production units;
As a Lead Engineer, managing Feasibility studies, Coneptual, FEED/Detail design of process, leading a team of engineers (Engineering & Deliverables);
Handling the overall Design activities including analyzing, developing, designing & optimizing the complete process, Equipments and Instruments;
Steady state hydraulics and Transient analysis for pipelines and preparation of study reports;
Radiation and Dispersion study;
Safety Valves selection and sizing;
Generation and development of H&MB, PFD’s, P&ID’s and Process Specifications using HYSIS Models;
HAZID, Value Engineering, HAZOP, Design Review, SIL, PHSER participation for undergoing projects;
Preparation,Verification and Checking of various design deliverables, such as Design Basis Memorandum, PFDs & P&IDs, Process data sheets of all Mechanical and Instrument Items, Adequacy check and other study reports, Various Design Philosophies;
Plant Operations & Commissioning of plants;
