Well Head Operation:
Well head operation, well testing, wing valve, crown valve, upper/lower master valve annulus valve, pull plug , well maintenance, hand over to wire line job SSSV operation, SSSV opened up & shutdown-hydraulic pump operation, floor line panel board vsd operation, choke changing, well equalizing, work over, well completion, circulating valve operation, drain water pump operation, expansion joint operation, tubing hanger seal leaking, back pressure valve operation, gas lifting, water injection, chemical injection changeover familiar with start up &shut down emergency procedure & troubleshooting etc….
Crude Stabilization Unit:
. Well fluid oil, gas and water-net oil reading, orifice changing, and Differential pressure reading. Flow meter handling-HP, MP, LP separator handling-LCV, PCV operation. Transmitter, Controller operation-Troll Bleeding & Float Checking, line Depressurized- Shutdown valve operation, separator isolation, Chemical Injection pump operation etc.
Equipment Handled:
Bulk and test separates, Two phase, Three phase separator, gas glycol contractors, Glycol recovery scrubbers, Condensate surge vessels, Cartridge and charcoal filters, Heat exchangers receivers, Centrifugal and reciprocating gas lift compressors (solar and Ruston) Instrument air compressors hot oil systems, Shipping pumps, Reciprocating and centrifugal pumps, heaters, Rotor meter, Surface flow control equipment, Cameron type FL gate valves etc…
Crude Oil Pumping Station:
Familiar in oil & Gas processing system main tank- intermediate Tank operation- changeover- MOV operation-Water disposal- Tank evacuation-isolation-bottom oil transportation-bottom oil receiving- transfer pump- main pump operation- lube oil pressure maintenance etc.
