RESPONSIBILITY

a) Engineering
• Participation in kickoff meeting and review meeting with clients.
• Composition of functional detail specification.
• System configuration design.
• Preparation of Software purchase order request.
• Preparation of Software bill of material.
• Software Generation and Implementation of DCS Detail Control (DDC) Schemes.
• Systems Generation and Engineering of Foundation Field bus and HART devices.
• Generation and debugging of logics and sequences Graphics Design, HMI.
• Software Integration.
• Sub-system Integration with DCS.
• Conceptualization of Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Test Procedures.
• Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Integrated FAT with 3rd parties (IFAT).
• Communication and Interface with Sub-vendors, 3rd-party vendors and End-users.


b) Commissioning and Startup
• Preparation of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities as per the project scope.
• Staging of Marshalling and System Cabinets.
• Powering up of Panels.
• Setup HIS (human interface stations), Engineering station and resource management stations like PRM, EXAOPC, EXAQUANTUM etc.
• Participation and supervision of loop checks with EPCs.
• Performs DCS logic and function test with client representatives.
• Normalization/online engineering of Foundation Field bus loops using Yokogawa application softwares like Centum VP, CS3000, CS1000 and PRM.
• Integration and establishment of communication between 3rd party system and DCS.
• Coordinate/Performs all testing and startup activities with all subsystem vendors
• Conduction of SAT (Site Acceptance Test).

3-year Diploma in Electronics Engineering with 77% marks scored.
