Duties & Responsibilities:

 Completion and submission of all required activities like pipe laying monitoring,
trenchless technology reports, damage reports, repair procedures, quality tests and Hydro test reports, completion reports, additional work reports etc.

 Ensure approval is obtained from the clients for all alterations to the scope of work as per the contract with estimated costs and impact and on scheduling and progress. All additional work to be executed after approval from the clients.

 Regular reports to Management on the work progress and developments.

FINAL YEAR PROJECT:

MODIFICATION OF WELDING FIXTURE FOR AN AUTOMATION WELDING .
It was done in INTEGRL COACH FACTORY AT CHENNAI.

Description: Our project carried in new design of welding fixture for an automated welding. This is used in continuous welding in side wall of the coach. Already this work is carried manually but now that welding is automatically .My team works is designing the welding fixture for an automated welding.
This project is decreasing the man power, less timing, welding feed rate is good and mainly cost of the man power is less.
