• Keep performance scorecards for ECG including analysis of results and providing guidance for management Strategic decision making.
• Reconciliation of Revenue Collection with Finance. This task required a comprehensive understanding of core business financial transactions, paying attention to details,

Achievements
• A member of CEPMLP editorial committee (CAR -2011-2012). Part of a team that reviewed 200 research papers in within three months for publication at CAR.
• A good understanding of the energy industry with more than two years of full time employment as Senior Analyst for the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) and four years full time experience as Management Information System Officer for Electricity Company of Ghana Ltd.
• A committed team player, able to motivate and inspire others and work in a cohesive team. Supervised 8 districts with weekly target of GH¢ 2.8m and collaborated with fellow Team members toward the achievements of set weekly sales targets (98.2% achievement).
• Good communication with good presentation skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills at all levels as demonstrated through weekly Management briefing every Tuesday, Senior Staff Association Salary and benefits negotiations and monthly durbar briefings.
