Stimulation Fluid Engineer in Focus Energy Ltd. India
(From June 2010 to till now)
• Extensive recent experience with a successful high pressure fracturing treatment (up to 14000 psi) using large volume fluid for a very low permeability and high temp well in very hard shale sand stone (Late Jurassic formation age).
• Hydraulic fracturing treatments using slick gel (low viscosity fluid) in clay with sand rock (Early cretaceous formation age).
• Troubleshooter with the on-site problems such as Gel degradation, foaming, etc.
• Designed thermally stable frac fluid system with CMHPG and delayed zirconium cross-linker by using HT stabilizer for high temp well.
• Calculate time for reaching fluid to the bottom and used this data to design accelerated delayed cross-linker schedules.
• Breaker optimization.
• Designed acidizing treatment for sand stone with HF and HCl.
• Experience with acid treatment for old well casing with organic acids (acetic & citric).
• Expert to do pilot testing of stimulation fluids such as salinity, rheological properties, pH, thermal stability, crosslinking time, hanging time, proppant holding capacity, vortex closure test, acid concentration.

• Control drilling fluid equipment’s on rigs.
• Maintain & control Mud parameters as per need.
