Professional Experience
1. Management and control of quality control department. Provide technical advice to Supervisor, Party Manager and Client Representative.
2. 3D Seismic design. Generation of pre-plots. Data upload and quality control into field data processing system. Planning Infills, provide scripts for the recording operation (Sercel 388 and Sercel 408) and SPS format data, using OMNI software.
3. Supervise geometry checking, in-field data processing and check for data content and quality.
4. Determine field processing procedures for quality control purpose using VISTA and ProMAX System (detection and correction of errors in positioning of sources and receivers, noisy traces editing, RMS amplitude calculations, apply final geometry to the data, inline and crossline stack, building a 3D stack cube for the volume.
5. Design of weathering (uphole) program. Field Statics computation using in house programs.
6. Analyze instruments monthly tests and vibroseis hardwires using testif I software.
7. Produce daily, and monthly statistical reports.
8. Ensure that all final deliverable products comply with Client’s technical, quality, and contractual requirements. Preparation of project final reports.
9. Carry out QC department personnel assessment and training as required.
