Worked with Total Instrumentation Services as Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer for the period of July 2007 to Oct 2011

Duties and Responsibilities

• To handle Total Green belt Project activities and Erection & commissioning of Siemens, Allen Bradley based fully automated Distilleries plant.
• Handling all pre-commissioning activities as well as commissioning activities, review of P & ID, Instrument data sheet and specification sheet developed by engineering consultancy.
• To supervise jobs of contractor for successful implementation of commissioning activities.
• Implementation, Planning and Execution of Project, in Plant modification jobs in co-ordination with Technical Cell, Instrumentation Department and respective plant engineer.
• Calibration of all type of instrument (Transmitters, RTD, Pressure Gauges) With reference to master instrument.
• Handled material procurement and maintaining spare for regular plant operation and modification project activities.
• Handling all Electrical activities, Erection & Commissioning of MCC panels for different section.
• Troubleshooting/Modification related to all Electrical activities that are required.
• Knowledge in Instrumentation & Control Principles
• Checking of All interlocks, no load & full load trails, Parameters settings of Panel feeders.
• To handle Complete Plant Lighting, Earthing & Earth Gridding as per the ISO-9001-2008 Standard.
