Experienced Process Engineer with highly competitive technical and team management experience, and in-depth experience of process engineering, several technology and team coordination. Looking for Process Engineering Position.

1. Presently working as Lead Process Engineer for Gazprom Dobycha, Orenburg (Unit- CPU, CW treatment, WWTP & WAR system).
2. Worked as Lead Engineer/Process Coordinator for IOCL Paradip Project (Units- SRU, SARU and FGD)
3. Worked on ILC LNG, Iran Project (LNG Gas Treating Unit) for detail Engineering.
4. Worked on BEP of Butadiene Extraction Unit and Distapax unit (Benzene Extraction Unit) for Petrochemical Complex, ONGC, Dahej at Lurgi Frankfurt, Germany.
5. Worked on BEP of Butadiene Extraction unit for Comperj (Pertobras, Brazil) Lurgi Frankfurt Office, Germany.
6. Worked as Lead Process Engineer for IOCL, Haldia Project for CDU-II (Revamp)- DE, EPCC-4 (Offsite-utility), EPCC-5 (Cooling Tower) and EPCC-8 (LPG Bullets)-PMC.
7. Worked for Revamp project of Haldia Petrochemicals Limited for Extended Basic Engineering and Detailed engineering for “HDPE Plant”, Licensed by Mitsui Japan.
8. Worked on “Rectisol Process” of Coal Gasification.
9. Worked on “Fired Heater” thermal Design using FRNC 5PC for CDU Furnace.
10. Worked for revamp project for Anti-Oxidant plant at High Polymer labs limited.

Process Engineering Activities:
1. Experience in preparation of PID’s, ULD’s and PFD, s, Equipment list, Line List etc.
2. Experience in Calculation of Line and Pump Hydraulics, Heat Exchanger Thermal Design, PSV relief rate, Preparation of Process Data sheets of Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Package Items, Cause and Effect diagram, Interlock Description, Process Control Philosophy etc .
3.Exposure to International Codes like ASME, API etc.
4. Involved in HAZOP studies (Appointed as Secretary and Chairman at HAZOP study ).
5. Responsible for preperation of enquiry data sheets of Pumps, Boilers, Filter Presses, Heat Exchangers etc.
6. Experience in preperation of Instrument data sheets.
7. Exposure to simulation and rating softwares like ASPEN PLUS, HYSIS, FRNC 5PC and HTRI.

 Developed Multibed Filtration system for filtration of Sugar melt at CST.
