Duties :
• Prepare memos and correspondence, Prepare letters as instructed and in accordance with precedent and directed mail to other staff members for their action.
• Coordinate meetings, interviews, etc., including all logistics.
• Arrange and distribute minutes, agendas and supporting documents.
• Implement appropriate computer-based information systems in support of sales department activities.
• Create and manage workable filing system. , maintaining office files and keeping correspondence and reports available for reference and efficient operation of the office.
• Preparing expense reports, ordering office supplies.
• Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors, determine which are priority matters, and alert the executive accordingly.
• Make domestic and foreign travel arrangements and hotel reservation; prepare and compile travel vouchers, maintain all travel records.
• Answer telephone and reply to questions in accordance with general instructions and refer calls to appropriate staff member.
• Update executives on status of in-market sales through distributing sales from all company’s distributors.
