JOB RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED
• Maintenance in charge for more than hundred machines including , pneumatic electromechanical& hydraulic machines like STRADA Ducter, CARBONINI Auto line, Auto Ducter, Round TORMEC machine, Round SBKJ machine, DURMA Shearing machine, BAYKAL Bender, Power press machine CR PLASMA, SOITAB PLASMA, Hypertherm, etc
• Responsible for installation & programming of new machines.
• Responsible for giving training to operators.
• Maintaining maintenance records.
• Coordinate with International Machine Suppliers for any Technical clarification.
• Scheduling preventive maintenance.
• Performing break down maintenance and purchasing technical components cost efficiently.
2) HAMON SHRIRAM COTTRELL PVT LTD, Gujrat ,India

(A joint venture of Hamon Group of Belgium & Shriram EPC Ltd., for Cooling Towers.)
Position held : Erection Engineer
Duration : August 2009 to February 2010
Worked as Cooling Tower Erection Engineer at the site of JINDAL STEEL LTD, Karnataka India. During the period, i have completed a project of Cooling Tower consisting of four cells. The cooling tower is the equipment that transfers heat from the condenser of the chiller plant to the atmosphere.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED
• Execution of work as per drawing with ensuring implementation of safety and quality in all activities.
• Managed a group of 4 foreman & 30 workers.
• Used Vibration testing machine to check the dynamic forces acting on the motor and gear box.
