A AWS Certified welding inspector (CWI),CSWIP 3.1 AND 3.2 and worked as QC Field of QA/QC Inspector/NDT Inspector/Field Supervision / welding inspection with Fifteen (15) Years extensive experienced in oil and gas construction projects, Refineries, power plant. Major activities involved general oversight of the fabrication/construction activities from quality and good engineering practice stand point. Activities involved in Welding inspection (piping, pipeline, Storage tanks, silos and structural), piping/Pipeline fabrication and welding inspection, material inspection, punch listing/walk through inspection, hydro test inspection, turnover documents and pre commissioning activities

Responsibilities:
ľ Inspection of Raw Material and consumables as per the Correlated Material Test Certificate & Dimensions.
ľ Preparation & Qualification of Welding Procedures & Welders for CS, AS, SS, Materials as per ASME, AWS & API codes.
ľ Inspection of welding consumables like electrodes, filler wire, flux, shielding gases etc. as per the specification / mill certificates, before Issuing for construction.
ľ Witnessing of welders qualification tests for SMAW, GTAW, etc
ľ Preparation, Review of NDE Procedures & Interpretation of weld discontinuities by various NDT methods like RT, UT, DPT, MPT & Visual Examinations as per code requirements.
ľ Preparation of project Quality plans, Welding Procedure Specification for Piping.
ľ Co-ordinate with clients and Inspection agencies.
