• Specification of the project portfolio,
• Participation in the meetings and management of the relationship with the supplier IMS and the research centre of ArcelorMittal,
• Follow up and quantification of the regulation performances,
• Development and implementation of a new quality management system,
• Definition and follow up of the planning,
• Responsible for the coordination between various teams.
