With over 30 years in the oil and gas field as a maintenance supervisor / manager, I feel that my experience would be a great asset to your team. I have exposure to all aspects of maintenance management safety, shutdown planning, cost effective maintenance procedures, CMMS systems, supervision of all trades and contractors, training and mentoring of supervisors, reliability targets maintained. In my employment with Shell, I received training in all areas of management such as soft skills, hard skills, presentation skills, and MS office. I'm a Canadian citizen living in the Dominican Republic for the last year doing maintenance consulting. This has been a short snapshot of my past experience.
