I am woriking as a planning engineer of my company, to prepare a MPS and execute it as a production as per MPS, make delivery at a time to our customer.
Professional Experience
• Understanding project work scope, needs and deliverables, contract milestones, Estimating budget quantities , costs, durations and resources.
• Preparation of MONTHLY/WEEKLY production schedules, Customer delivery schedule, Resource allocation schedule. Holding Weekly production meetings, resolving production requirements.
• Preparation& Implementation of Flow Charts, Manufacturing Control Plan, Work Instructions, Assembly Drawings, BOM.
• Job allocation to all Discipline Engineers and follow up for daily job progress.
• Aligning Project work scope with company structured WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
