- Provide DB Inventory Management throughout the ISG & IA projects, for Production Operations; Wells; & Eng Mods (including site construction materials) on both JV’s.
- Maximo “Power user” role for Inventory Management activities. Liaise with the nominated Maintenance, Purchasing/Contracts, Warehouse & Finance “Power users” to promote the efficient use of the Maximo system tool.
- Develop business processes & procedures to fully document & control Inventory Management activities & regularly review/update.
- Ensure data integrity in accordance with SCM Maximo process & procedures.
- Set priorities & ensure tasks are fully completed, to approved processes & agreed timescales.
- Reviews technical bid evaluation and liaises with Liaison Engineers and Users prior to requesting technical clarification from vendors and ensures technical discussions are carried out in fair manner with all invited vendors.
