SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

I have 3.5 years of experience in Process Engineering of FEED, Basic and detailed Engineering in Refineries and Petrochemical plants, especially on Distillation unit, Column design and LPG storage & Distribution System

I have gained proficiency on

• Development of Process Flow Diagram with Material & Energy Balances.
• Development, Review and updating of P&ID’s.
• Preparation of Process Design Basis Report, Feasibility report, etc.
• Knock-out Drum Sizing using API standards
• Thermal design of heat transfer equipment like Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers.
• Estimation of utility requirements and preparation of utility flow & distribution diagram.
• Pipe sizing and Pressure Drop Calculations.
• Performance of Hydraulic, NPSH Calculation for Pumps.
• Vent Requirement calculation as per API 2000
• Safety valve/PVRV sizing, Tail pipe / Flare line / Flare header sizing and vent sizing using API standards.
• Preparation of Equipment List & Line List.
