Shift Supervisor-Ammonia/Methanol/Utilities plants

To get a shift supervisor and higher management job in the operations department, where I can utilize my knowledge and experience.

I have 31 years of experience with the petrochemical industries and out of these long years I have worked 23 years in the supervisory position. I have the knowledge and experience on Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Operations of two UDHE designed Ammonia plants. I was involved in the major projects of GPIC, such as DBN project, Honeywell DCS up gradation project, HAZOP study of Ammonia plant etc.
Since March 2003 I worked as a Training Supervisor, providing 'On The Job' training to the Bahraini Graduates and Plant Operators for the Ammonia, Methanol and Utilities plants.
My contract with Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company ended on 30/06/2011.

I have worked with the multicultural team ( British, Italian, Pakistani, Indian, Bahraini, Egyptian, Swiss Nationals) since the beginning of my career.

I have started my career with a apprentice operator and promoted to the position of shift supervisor within few years. I have worked hard sincerely in different position in a confident manner.

I have hands on experence of start up/shut down and trouble shooting of 110 bar Boilers, high pressure steam turbine manufactured by Novo Pignone, AEG Kanis, Mitshubishi.

I am confident that if given a chance, with my knowledge and experience I will be able to perform the shift supervisor and superintendent job of Ammonia, Methanol and Utilities plant.

I have completed on line B. Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering in 2009 from the LORENZ University, USA.
Completed 2 years college education in 1978 and 10 years of secondary school education in 1976.

Completed one year Apprentice operator training in January,981

Attended twice mangement skill courses, twice Honywell couses on control system and few skills improvement couses such as SAP, Primivera, Quality and Safety.
Recieved number of awards such as Employee of the Month, Best suggestion of the year, Appreciation for the number of cost saving and plant safety & improvement suggestions.
