 Team Size - 120 Personnel includes Engineers, Admin staff, Technician
 Plant Capacity - 6.12 million tons per year

Responsibilities
Responsibility of multidisciplinary EPC Project for New Phosphate Rock Terminal, Aqaba, Jordan,
I took the role of on-site Construction Manager (mechanical and electrical) and my responsibilities are as follows

a. Responsibilities of review the design development, preparing document for construction process activities, management and monitoring the construction work, quality checking of deliverables at each stage
b. Responsibility of submission and getting approval of drawings, construction and operation documents like project execution plan, functional description, method statements etc as per contract.
c. Responsibility to notify any changes in scope of supply and communicate to client with proper variation and claim statement.
d. Participate in On Site Coordination meetings with client; and organize review meeting with sub contractor.
e. Coordinate with engineering team for requirements between site and engineering office and ensure all changes in scope are incorporated in time.
f. Execute, monitor and control field construction activities in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements and safety standards.
g. Responsibility to make proper communication system within the execution team and project members.
h. Ensure that materials and equipment delivered to site are adequately identified, and safely handled and stored to prevent loss, damage or injury.
i. Examine/resolve QA/QC related issues with clarification, interpretation and interference.
j. Monitor the implementation of the site safety plan, including method statements.
