2008 – Present - Aera Energy LLC (Upstream O&G Producer & Operator for Shell Oil & Exxon-Mobil), Bakersfield, California
Process Manager, Recruited, to create and manage a newly formed process group
Created organization models to present to the leadership (vice-presidents, senior vice presidents and the president). Sort input and implemented the appropriate model selection. Prepared groups roles and responsibilities and training plans and SOP for staff at headquarters and at each of the seven leases along the west coast of California. Used SAP to manage worker qualifications and PM's,Worked with multiple assets field foremen, crafts and operators to adopt and form communities of best practices, Worked with external consultants and internal staff and Initiated a standardization effort to address design, construction and maintenance thereby addressing safety, cost reductions, reduced training, and design, construction and maintenance costs
Responsible for implementing corporate wide integrity programs and performed compliance audits. Developed a central engineering group to address complex technical challenges with co-generation, water treatment, steam generators, hydro-treatments, injection, monitor and production wells.
Developed flow networks and standard measures including leading KPI's for production & Operations - Performed process and cyber-security risk assessments of for IT and PCS in accordance with Department of Homeland Safety requirements. Served on corporate wide tactical team to implement Lean and Continuous Improvements, and Six Sigma Projects. Implemented Total Process Reliability and Reliability programs across the company, conducted Kaizens and performed Operations Gemba Walks to remove waste and improve productivity, Used the DMAIC to control FMEA, RCFA's , Cause and Effect Analysts
