Paint Qualification Test, Painter, Sandblaster Qualification Test
Inspection of substrate and assessment of rust grades of steel.
Inspection of pre blast cleaning works such as solvent cleaning, hydro jetting chipping and etc.Inspection of abrasive blasting cleanliness level, surface profile and comparing with standards as per specification requirements.
Determination of climatic conditions (relative humidity, dew point substrate temperature etc.
Testing of blast cleaned surfaces for the presence of various soluble salts and also quantitative measurement of salt densities on the surfaces by using various methods (Bresle, SCM 400, etc.).
Inspection of proper mixing procedures and control of viscosity of paint material.
Control of paint film by measuring wet film thickness, using Comb gauge.
