Nature Of Duties Performed

• Troubleshooting VFD faults working with Siemens Simovert VC Master Drive(600 KW) Used for rotary Table at Rig site.
• Able to Installation, maintenance and trouble shooting of pressure Sensors(Rosemount 0-10000 psi), Proximity Sensors, Temperature Sensors(Rosemount, RTD type), Level Sensors(Siemens Ultrasonic Sensors) etc.
• Experience of Testing & Site commissioning of automation and control system involving PLC,SCADA,HMI system, etc.
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of Electrical Panels and Soft Starter, etc.
• Responsible for Installation and maintenance of Pneumatic Control System, Hydraulic control system control through PLC & HMI.
• Able to Uplod/Download parameter of Siemens VFD through Drive monitor or new parameterization of Siemens drive through PMU.
• Having good experience of PLC wiring and communication(profibus) troubleshooting as currently working with Siemens s7-300 which is using several number of digital and analog modules.
• Able to read electrical drawing and good knowledge of fault troubleshooting through circuit diagram
• Responsible for Installation and maintenance of AC motor up to 600 kw.
• Responsible for Installation and maintenance of D.G. Synchronizing Panels(500kva DG sets control through Siemens s7 PLC,HMI.)

B.Tech in Electronics Instrumentation and Control from JNIT,Jaipur in 2011 With
Aggregate 65 %.
