May 11 to Till Date, Sr. Engineer, Ennore Terminal (Maintenance - In charge & Project Coordination).
RESPONSIBILITIES
MAINTENANCE
• Maintenance of Operation Equipment such as Product Pumps, Booster pumps, Compressor, Weighbridges, Tank heating coils, Measuring & Monitoring devices and Fire fighting system.
• Looking after maintenance of plant machinery, Tank farm terminal & utility equipments– As per ISO formulation.
• Prepared and effectively implemented Maintenance system/plan for terminal infrastructure.
• Responsible for preventive & Break down maintenance of various equipment
• Certification of invoices (Pipeline/fabrication, industrial-painting, insulation work, manpower supply etc) which is submitted by contractors.
• Aware with permit procedure (Hot work & Cold work) lock out, vessel entry, excavation permit etc.
• Project coordinator from terminal side for the expansion project in our terminal.
• Checking and receiving the site from Projects and preparing Commissioning check list.
• Preparing History cards and schedule’s for maintenance.
PROJECTS
• Material Planning & scheduling.
• Studying drawings, plans of pipe lines, Tanks & structures to be made and discussing with contractors.
• Planning and executing of the work so as to achieve the Target as planned.
• Inspecting the welding joints through NDT.
• Inspection and testing (Hydro testing/X-ray testing) of pipe lines, tanks and equipments and witnessing the films which are submitted by contractor.
• Preparation of Joint measurement sheet & checking of bills.
• Pre-commissioning, Final hook-up and Commissioning.

ACHIEVEMENTS IN KARWAR & GOA TERMINAL
 Successfully completed dock line rerouting (Modification for 300m) work.
 Product tank repair work completed in 10 days.
 Handled sulphuric acid with out accident and spillage.
 Completed phase II project.
 Exported 20,000MTs of molasses with a small team of 8 workers and 2 supervisors in 36Hrs.
 Out team got GMP Certification for Handling Molasses which is our own product.
 Our team as handled 49000MTs of cargo in single month which is the highest in IMC Ltd, Karwar’s history.
